Shopping at Target:

Here it is dolls...my shopping at Target post. You will see a little of the things that caught my eye and the items that I so badly wish I had money to buy. I actually went there to see if they had the Turquoise & Caicos nail polish (per Kandee Johnson blog!) but unfortunately they were all out! Aaah! So today, I went to Walgreens and was able to buy it! Yay!

But here are my fabulous fancy photos, ha ha, they're actually not fancy at all.

                               ACCESORIES:

This super cute crossbody! It was near a set of more Native-American items. I love the old west theme! The turquoise and red colors altogether.

This goes along with the Native-American theme. My flash made it a little bright but you could see the turquoise color and I love the pattern. It was on clearance and I almost bought it until I realized I had no clothing that would go with it. :(

Here I am wearing the super sheek cat-eye sunglasses. Sadly, I normally wear prescription eyeglasses and don't have prescription sunglasses because they're more expensive, but maybe one day after Lasik eye surgery I can wear cat-eye sunglasses gosh darn it! ha ha.

Then, I fell in love with these beauties. They were on clearance for only $15.00! I so almost bought these! Ugh! I wish I would have now...maybe if they're not gone by the next time I go to Target I'll pick these babies up! Target is having a boot clearance because boot season is almost over, so if you are craving new boots, head over to Target!

                                  CLOTHING:

This shirt, I fell in love with. I love the color and the butterfly wing sleeve. Plus the color and patterns on the shirt are loove. ♥ I hope this ends up on the clearance rack so it could head on over to find a comfy place in my closet! Ha ha.

I just couldn't resist. I had to take a photo of this cute onesie. It actually comes in a set of three but this is the one that caught my eye. Isn't it so cute? I love the little cupcake, so cute.

                                         HOUSEWARES:

I loved all of these items! Especially the gold theme! I want a gold-themed room in my house! I think it would be so fun and exciting! I want a room full of character and love! Maybe the smell of just baked chocolate chip cookies, a funny movie, and a cozy blankie on the couch. Oooh, the comfort of home. I hope you all enjoyed this post and enjoyed coming along with me on my trip to Target! Or Tar-jay as some say! ha ha.

Here's to fun late night trips to Target, Sarah. Xx.

Tomorrow.

Tomorrow, I will be posting a blog about my trip to Target today. My trip today was really fun and I was able to bring along my camera to show some of my cool finds. They had a few really cool pieces of jewelry on sale but I didn't splurge on any. Actually, I was hoping to walk away with a few things but I just could not bring myself to spend a lot of money, ha ha. So, I just walked off with some Almay foundation that I'm interested in trying. (I will do a blog on that!)

That will be a ton of fun! I saw some cool accessories, shoes, and housewares! I wish I would have taken photos of more clothing but I think I only took a photo of a shirt I am hoping will end up on the clearance rack, ha ha. I will have to upload that and show off my Target treasures! The local Target is being rennovated so it's all funky, things are everywhere, and it's just...funky, ha.

Here's to finding tons of awesome things in Target, wishing you had enough money that it didn't hurt everytime you buy a shirt and go ca-ching, Sarah. Xx.

COMING SOON: A "What is in my Bag" blog! That's always interesting, ha ha.

My Monday Wears:

I've been wanting to make my own post on my style and what I'm wearing. Today, I get to do just that! I'm so excited! So, this morning I brought along my camera as I got ready so you could all see what I'm wearing both in makeup and in clothing. It's going to be fun, I promise! Here we gooo...

   My Clothing:

I know, that this photo is probably a little small but I didn't want to do it a million-bajillion times, ha ha.

What I'm wearing you ask?

Shirt - Kohl's (Clearance - $11.00. Originally $20-something)
Leggings - Kohl's (Clearance - $7.20. Originally - $36.00)
Shoes - Famous Footwear (Sale - $25.00. Originally - $50.00)
Necklace - Local hair salon ($2.99) A MAJOR STEAL!

   My Makeup:
By the way, if it looks like I'm wearing a different shirt in this photo it's because I am and I also don't have my necklace on. This is last week's makeup which was exactly the same as today so I'm just going to use this photo. Ha ha.

What makeup do I have on you ask?

Lips: Chapstick Moisturizer (.98)
Loreal Colour Riche Fairest Nude ($5.00-$7.00) I don't remember.
Merle Norman Clear Lip Gloss (Came as a free sample)
Eyes: Mary Kay Signature Eyesicle Color (Vanilla) (Came free as a sample)
Rimmel London Glam Eyes (Smokey Purple) ($5.00-$8.00) I don't remember.
         Maybelline Stiletto Mascara (Black) ($6.00-$7.00)
Face:  Loreal True Match Super Blendable Foundation. (N2 Classic Ivory)  ($8.00)

Here are my items plus my brow brush, ha ha. Pretty minimal compared to some ladies I see wearing makeup, ha. But there it is, my post on my style and on my own personal makeup. I'm into very natural looks, I don't like going too over the top. Simple is key to me.

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed my post on my own personal style. I had a lot of fun figuring out what to do and how to set it up. Much love to my little lovebugs and I hope you are all having a so far wonderful week. Don't let people get to you and focus on what you have to do and what makes you happy! Hugs to all of my friends and blog readers!

Here's to really craving food and watching the Food Network because you just want to torture yourself, Sarah. Xx

Current Makeup Favorites:

Hi dolls, hope you are all enjoying your week and are able to take a hot bath and drink some hot cocoa or such. Today I am going to be posting on my favorite makeup products at the moment. I am really hoping to get some Merle Norman products soon, since that is my absolute favorite foundation, but for now these are the products I am using.

  • Loreal' True Match Super Blendable Foundation (N2)
  • Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick (Blushing Muave)
  • Maybelline Stiletto Mascara (Black)
These are my faves for now and I haven't really been using a lot of eyeshadow or eyeliner because the look I am really into now is more natural and I've felt a little under the weather and when I'm under the weather and have on loads of makeup I feel more icky so I've been doing the bare minimum. For the last few days I've actually been using Soft Lips moisturizers for my lips instead of lipstick because my lips have been so dry.

Here is a photo of my makeup about a week ago:

I had on foundation, lipstick, and mascara. Pretty simple. I definitely want to begin to do more posts on my own personal makeup and my style so within a few days I will post on my style and a few outfits of mine.

Here's to wanting a certain brand of makeup and hoping to get it soon, Sarah. Xx.

One Of Those Heartfelt Posts.

Holland Roden is so gorgeous! And I am flattered because I've been told by countless people that I look like her, actually, when I showed my dad this photo and I was all "Hey dad, what do you think of this photo?" And he was all, "You look pretty." Tho' behold...this is not me. So yes, I am a bit flattered. Plus, for some odd reason I've been complimented a lot recently by people and there's nothing new to my makeup routine or anything so the past few days have been pretty pleasing.

I need to do a makeup look soon and post on my own hair and makeup instead of posting on other makeup and hair trends. I want to make my blog more my own. I want this blog to show my style and the thoughts of fashion and makeup that I create. I've been told I'm talented and I need to use it. To be honest, I'm a bit shy and sometimes afraid to show my talents. I'll be afraid that I'll be wrong or I won't do something correct. I guess that's part of growing up, experiencing things and becoming yourself, and not caring what other people think.

Also, for those of you that may be my family or friends that are reading this, I'm about to make a statement that may alarm you, but do not be alarmed as it will not happen anytime in the near future. I go through baby/toddler sections and drool at the clothing and yearn for the day where I can dress up my children and teach them to be good, kind, hard-working people. I'm young, I understand that and I realize that raising children is hard. I've helped, only helped with my brother and sister and it has had quite its challenges and sometimes I feel like ripping out my hair and crying all at the same time.

Along with those days though I've had some wonderful, rewarding times helping my siblings. I started tutoring them and their grades have become better and I've taught them to do basic household chores. Seeing them work and do well at it, is one of the most rewarding things I've experienced in my 17 years of life. I hope that one day, maybe at their weddings, that along with my parents, they too will thank me.

Hope you all had the most wonderful of weeks, and will continue to have one over and over and over. If you have one of those days where it's not wonderful and you too feel like ripping out your hair and crying, just know that someone will always be there to love you. If not your girlfriend/boyfriend, mom/dad, brother/sister, bestfriends, I love you. Everyday I wish I could hug the hurting hearts and give love to those that feel unloved.

Wanting a hot shower and my blankets, Sarah. Xx.

Super Bowl Sunday:

Super Bowl Sunday:

Super Bowl Sunday: by sarahisofficial

The Super Bowl is tomorrow and millions of people around the world will be watching. Whether they're watching from home, a restaurant, or a friend's house, all of us football fans want to look our best. Even if your favorite team isn't in the Super Bowl, much like my Dallas Cowboys, you can still rock a jersey.

If I had the money though, I would be rocking a Tom Brady jersey. Your favorite athlete's jersey with your favorite pair of jeans, creates the perfect outfit for this Sunday. I hope you all are able to watch some football, eat some good food, and have some fun with friends and family this Super Bowl weekend.

Here's to hoping for another win for Tom Brady and the New England Patriots, Sarah. Xx.
